Delivery
  Delivery within Singapore is free unless otherwise stated. Delivery can only be made in Singapore.
   
Charges for Restricted Areas
 

Additional charges are applicable due to toll fees and the length of time required to gain security clearance into these areas.

Additional charge of S$20 will be added for the following restricted areas.
 
  • Airport Cargo complex
  • All Army camps
  • All PSA ports
  • Sentosa

    • No deliveries to Jurong Island.
       
    Re-direction Charge
      A surcharge of $30.00 will be imposed for deliveries that are redirected due to incorrect addresses, recipients being on leave or no longer being at given addresses.
       
    Payment
      In the event that you wish to make cash payment, this must be made at our office prior to processing your order.
       
    Cancellation
      A cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price will be levied on orders cancelled upon confirmation.
      A full charge will be imposed if the arrangement has been made or if delivery has been attempted.
       

    Substituition
      In the event that any balloons or accessories become unavailable at the time of delivery, Balloons-To-Go reserves the right to substitute them with other related items of equal or greater value.
       
    Disclaimer
      Please treat your balloons with tender loving care.  All the balloons delivered by Balloons-To-Go are imported from reputable balloon manufacturers in the USA and we ensure that all balloons are delivered in good order.  However, there might be occasions when the balloons are deflated prematurely which could be due to mishandling or unforseen circumstances arising after the delivery.  Balloons-To-Go will not take responsibility for the condition of the balloons once they are delivered in good order and accepted by the recipient .
