Delivery
  Delivery within Singapore is free unless otherwise stated. Delivery can only be made in Singapore.
   
Charges for Restricted Areas
  Kindly note that an additional charge of S$20 will be added for the following restricted areas. This additional charge is imposed due to toll fees and the length of time required to gain security clearance into these areas.
 
  • Airport Cargo complex
  • All Army camps
  • Jurong Island
  • All PSA ports
  • Sentosa

    Re-direction Charge
      A surcharge of $20.00 will be imposed for deliveries that are redirected due to incorrect addresses, recipients being on leave or no longer being at given addresses.
       
    Payment
      In the event that you wish to make cash payment, this must be made at our office prior to processing your order.
       
    Cancellation
      A cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price will be levied on orders cancelled upon confirmation.
      A full charge will be imposed if the arrangement has been made or if delivery has been attempted.
       

    Substituition
      In the event that any balloons or accessories become unavailable at the time of delivery, Balloons-To-Go reserves the right to substitute them with other related items of equal or greater value.
